My culinary journey began in Germany, where my love for cooking was nurtured from a young age. With nearly 50 years of experience, I’ve travelled the world, sharing my passion and skills with eager students.
Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant community of food lovers who appreciate the art of cooking, fostering creativity and a lifelong passion for culinary exploration.
Throughout my career, I have been honoured with numerous awards, including accolades for culinary excellence and education, reflecting my commitment to the craft and my students.
